RESTORATION AND EXTENSION OF AN IMPORTANT, LATE-MEDIEVAL HOUSE
This property is a Grade II* listed timber-framed manor house in Hampshire dating back to 1444. During restoration of the property by RJ Smith & Co. and removal of nineteenth and twentieth century over-dressing on the facade, a rare oriel window uncovered on site was remade by Winchester Joinery Ltd and reinstated. All the replacement windows and other necessary items Winchester Joinery Ltd made in the style of the period . The project was coordinated by Nigel Anderson of Robert Adam Architects www.robertadamarchitects.com
